We are a family run and veteran owned company primarily run by my wife and I and feel it is important for our clients to get to know us. My name is Justin. I joined the Marines straight out of high school in 1998 and spent the next 12 years in the military. Yes, I served overseas multiple times and that’s very likely all I’m going to say about that, but people always ask. By virtue of that I was fortunate enough to travel all over the world earning a degree in business along the way and experience a ton of incredible places and cultures and things. As well as some not so incredible ones. At last count I’ve been to over 40 different countries and intend to keep exploring.
Looking for a fresh start, I came to visit Panama City Beach in 2010 just after the oil spill with absolutely zero intention of putting down roots here. But I had the opportunity to work with one of the eco-friendly dolphin tour companies which I did for the next several years. It was glorious, I love the
water and practically sprinted to work every day. I could speak for days about the sea life in this area. But from that I also discovered my love for the tourism industry in general. I met people from all walks
of life, all areas of the country and the world, and genuinely enjoyed interacting with them. I was then offered employment with one of the larger property management and vacation rental management companies in the area and took it. Which is how I met my wonderful wife Trava.
She was working as the Director of Operations in her own family’s cleaning business and had been with the company since she was a teenager. They did and still do run one of the larger cleaning companies in the area, if you can name a complex on the beach they very likely service some units there or have in the past. When we got married I made the decision to go to work for her family as the Owner Relations Manager. And I enjoy it very much. I routinely interact with owners, guests, employees, pretty much everyone. So between the two of us we have roughly 20 years of combined experience with the travel and tourism industry in this area.
We formed this company several years ago almost as an aside to what we were already doing and are just now reaching the point where we feel comfortable slowly expanding. Our vision for the company is not just to keyhole it into being solely a vacation rental company or cleaning company, but to offer all of the services which are necessary to ensure that our owners get the maximum and necessary benefits from their investments. Our combined knowledge of the industry and area, as well as the contacts we’ve made along the way situate us in an ideal position to help an owner through just about anything.
A wise man that I worked for who recently sold his incredibly successful company once told me “If you can’t see yourself sitting in a boat all day fishing with someone, then you don’t want them as a
